✅ Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To qualify, your item must be:

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged upon delivery:

Perishable or consumable goods, including coffee and food products

Electrical appliances or coffee machines, once used or if the hygiene seal is broken

Custom or personalised items

Health/personal care goods, if opened

Hazardous or flammable materials
If your item falls into one of these categories and arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately.
⚠️ Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 3 days of receipt at bikersbrewuk@gmail.com with:

Photos showing the damage or fault
We’ll review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
🔁 Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order separately once your return is approved.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the EU, you are entitled under consumer law to a 14-day “cooling-off” period, during which you can return most items for any reason. This does not apply to:

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if the refund is approved. If so:

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear
